You’ll have full access to the entire home—including the front yard, back yard, and side yard—so make yourself at home! You'll also have access to the community’s heated pool and hot tub, which are just a short stroll away and often feel like your own private resort. For your convenience, we provide a garage door opener so you can pull right in and park in the 2-car garage—no need to worry about Arizona heat. There is NO OVERNIGHT street parking allowed. HOA will issue fines for overnight parking. Surprisingly, per HOA, trucks are not allowed to park overnight in the driveway. Additional overnight vehicles can park on the street just outside the neighborhood (1 minute walk). The front door is equipped with a smart lock, and you’ll receive a personalized code that works only during your stay for added security and peace of mind. No keys to keep track of, no fuss—just arrive, relax, and enjoy.
